London, UK – 29 September 2016 – NPE, the only global fitness community dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs at every stage of business growth and development, announced its recent hire of Greg Small to their team as a Success Coach in the UK.

Small joins the NPE team with extensive experience in aligning companies with success in the professional fitness industry. Over the past 10 years, he’s worked for some of the top tier chains within the UK, such as Virgin Active, Nuffield Health, and David Lloyd, and has aided them in developing and implementing new products and services.
In addition to his experience working with major fitness brands, Small also has vast experience dealing with the changing landscape of fitness education in the UK. He held the chairmanship role of the International Confederation of Exercise Professionals (ICREPs) whilst in post as the Head of Membership for REPs UK, where he played a significant role in growing the registry to 31,000 fitness professionals.
Now as an NPE Success Coach, Small will use his previous experience in setting standards for qualifications and growing companies to support NPE’s mission for scaling small businesses around the world.

Originally from Australia, Small was a competitive rugby union player representing his state and graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management. He also holds numerous health and fitness qualifications in addition to his Certificate III & IV in fitness.
Small will continue to help fitness professionals and business owners grow their business through creativity, drive, and business acumen in his new role as an NPE Success Coach.
