NPE was founded by Sean Greeley in July 2006 as a small business based in Orlando, Florida. We have evolved to a global community with a diverse staff from all over the world, including two additional offices in London, England and Sydney, Australia. We have remote employees all over the US and Canada, and in the Cayman Islands.
NPE started with just one client but has now helped 24,000 businesses in 10+ years in 95 countries.
We have been featured seven times on the Inc. 500/5000 list of fastest growing, privately-owned US companies, and were recently recognized as the number one management training company in the UK.

Our #TeamFun committee organizes monthly events and activities to engage our staff all around the world (and remotely). Activities have included a desk decorating contest, and an ugly sweater competition. We’ve also participated in Operation Christmas Child, with each employee filling a shoebox with Christmas presents for children affected by poverty, war, or natural disasters.
